A Meal Fit for a King

Greetings Life Group,

Tomorrow night, Wednesday May 25th, 6:30pm, at the Bells, will be our last life group before summer intermission. We plan on sharing a meal together in the Presence of the King, but Dr. Stan has also prepared to share with us a short word, discussion, or teaching.

I think everyone has be contacted with what to bring, so hope to see you there! Call EBell or Patty if you have questions.  And His gracious blessings on your lives and summer. Amen.

Home Group Tonight!

Tonight Wednesday May 18th, we will meet at the Bell's home at 6:30pm on the patio.

We will be reading and discussing Acts chapter 2 and I Corinthians chapters 12, 13, & 14. The discussions may include, but are not limited to, the Holy Spirit, honoring and loving one another, the gifts of the Holy Spirit, etc. Hope to see you here!

May Eleven

Wednesday evening, May 11th, we will meet at the Bell's at 6:30pm. Dr. Stan will be leading our discussion.

We will spend our next two weeks reading and discussing Acts chapter 2 and I Corinthians chapters 12, 13, & 14. The discussions may include, but are not limited to, the Holy Spirit, honoring and loving one another, the gifts of the Holy Spirit, etc. Hope to see you there!

Celebrate Discipline

Our life group will meet Wednesday , May 4th, 6:30pm at the Bell's home. Last week we had some lively discussion around two questions Dr. Stan asked [1] What is the main message of the Gospel, and [2] What do you do when you are spiritually dry?

The last question in particular led us into a discussion of the spiritual disciplines, and that's where Dr. Stan is planning to resume the discussion. Hope to see you there!

We finished the book of Hebrews last week, and we're down to 4 or 5 meetings before summer break. So please feel free to chime in with your order of preference on the four subjects we have yet to discuss. Dr. Stan and I will be coming up with a plan in the next few days, and we'd love to have your input.

 Home group Wednesday, April 20th, will meet at the Bell home at 6:30 pm. We will take up our study in Hebrews, and perhaps finish? So come prepared to discuss Chapter 13, and perhaps what you've learned or gleaned or taken away from this important book of the Holy Scripture, as Dwayne leads us.

Hiking with Friends in the Ouachita Mountains

 Life group this week, Wednesday April 13th, will meet at 6:30pm at the Bell's home, as usual. We're going to have a special presentation and guest speaker, a young man who has a love and call to share the Gospel in the unreached part of the earth, and especially to Muslims.
